Front Office Service Advisor Assistant

We are a local independent Auto Repair Shop in Riverside, Ca and have been in business for 26 years. We are family owned and are looking for a Front Office/Service Advisor Assistant to join our team.
Are you honest and friendly? Do you enjoy helping others and have a positive attitude? Then we have a job for you! No automotive experience necessary, but it is a plus. Both men and women are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who loves talking to people and projects a genuine caring attitude.

We Offer:

5 day work week (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM)
No Nights or Weekends
Paid Vacations and Some Holidays (Full Time Positions, after probation is passed)

This position will start off as an assistant and will grow into a Service Advisor position. Position includes, but is not limited to:

Managing our Facebook, Google+, and Website pages
Answering phones
Greeting customers
Making "Thank you" phone calls
Making "Next Appointment" reminder calls
Responding to online inquires, including online reviews
Picking up and Dropping off Customers (a clean driving record is a must, ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus)
Paperwork
Auditing Invoices
Reconciling Parts Invoices
Filing
Cleaning
Preparing Service Estimates
Sell Service Work
Communicate Sold Work to Service Technicians
Other job duties as assigned
